Lip Plumper is a lip-enhancing formula that moisturizes, soothes, and visibly plumps the lips to make them look luxuriously healthy and well-conditioned. Enriched with a blend of essential oils that cause the blood to rush to the surface of the lips, flushing and swelling them slightly. Contains moisturizing active ingredients that condition lips, lock in moisture, and give a soft shine. This tinted formula hydrates, smooths, and provides soft lips with long-lasting comfort, sheer lip colour with a pearlized high-shine gloss finish. Comfortable to wear, lush, multi-dimensional, and gives a cool-warm, vanilla buzz to the lips. Moisturizes, soothes, and visibly plumps the lips to make them look luxuriously healthy and well-conditioned. Contains vitamin E for added environmental protection.
